Sadly, the Royal Flying Doctor Service plane was called out for a retrieval from Esperance about ten minutes before our visit, so our kids weren’t able to look through the plane. Still we heard an interesting talk and had look at the small collection of memorabilia at the base including pedal radios and the “Green Box” kept at stations containing a range of medication to be used under instructions from an RFDS doctor during a remote emergency.
