Ahh, well. When we got back, we had the cake for Tiffany’s birthday. We played spotlight and got busted by Mrs Beeck. Then we all headed to bed. We all started talking and Mr Bailey told us off. We were going to pretend to be asleep and play murder in the dark.
All the girls were asleep, so Mrs Beeck loaned us her Bluetooth speaker. We listened to an audio book - Peter the Rabbit. Her phone rang about 10 minutes into the story, but most kids were asleep by then.
A lot of us boys woke up early, and we got dressed and sat outside with Mr Bailey and wrote this story.
